The demand for coworking in Ukraine is gaining momentum again. The reason for everything was the hybrid format of work not only for freelancers, but also for large companies. For a comfortable stay of specialists in various fields of activity, this office center offers areas of various categories, as well as premises for long-term lease. In the building there are cafe zones, as well as a restaurant that can be accessed from the outside by everyone. This project is a renovation, which entailed a lot of forced decisions due to the design features of the existing building. The Kiev architectural studio BAUST worked on the new look of the facades. Copper and finishing materials imitating it have become the accent material in interior and exterior design.
