D'novo

*D'Novo is an academic project of package design for a fictional brand of pasta. 
Concept  
    To develop this brand name, was thought of a word that would comprise some implicit value in the product. We choose D’NOVO , which means DE NOVO (again in English). In this case it refers to those yummy  meals that we always want to repeat.
    The D'Novo pasta has its beginnings in a joint of 5 Brazilian main dishes from 5 different regions of the country. The D'Novo restaurant was created from this combination and it has been expanding. Nowadays the restaurant is seeking new profits with processed products in 
food industry.    
 
Inspiration
    The field research conducted in very low scale, found that brands that produce pasta choose the same colors of the market-leading brand or colors that’s the opposite of it. Then, we seek for colors that are not seen on the shelves and new packaging designs.
    Our inspiration came from the egg, which symbolizes birth and the new. The goal for the D'NOVO pasta, is to represent the new, the young and the daring.
