Jogiczni is a popular yoga community focused on practice, retreats, online webinars and awareness, led by yoga teacher Eli Wierkowska.
I was asked to refresh the brand's visual identity whilst retaining the original logo and colour scheme.
Jogiczni is an online platform, promoting communication via social media, therefore, by design, the project had to be scalable and easy to build. As a starting point, I divided the original logotype into atoms, further utilising the atoms to build all communication. Originally the white and black colour palette was limited, even with two strong colour accents - intense blue & red (a reference to the elements). To soften the impression I supplemented the palette with less saturated supporting colours.
The combination of atoms allowed me to build complex patterns, illustrative motifs and abstract backgrounds, accompanied by clear and simple typography.
