Stone Shelter
A work that describes my state of mind.
It's an attempt to hide from the brutal and senseless war that came to my house, slowly destroying everything around me: goals to finish university, dreams of starting an architectural business, buy a car by autumn ... The gym I went to three times a week, the forest in which I loved to run in summer and winter, the house in which I lived for the last 6 years - all this is either destroyed or mined by the occupiers.
This work is an attempt to create CG world, cozy and pleasant, which will protect from the harshness and blackness around.

Робота, яка описує мій душевне стан.
Це спроба сховатись від жорсткої війни, яка прийшла до мене в дім, повільно знищуючи все навколо: цілі спокійно закінчити університет, почати архітектурну справу, купити автомобіль восени... Спортзал, в який я ходив три рази протягом тижня, ліс, в якому я любив бігати як літом, так і взимку, будинок в якому я жив останні 6 років - все це або знищено, або закладено розтяжками оккупантів.
Ця робота - спроба створити свій CG світ, затишний і приємний, який захистить від жорсткості та чорноти навколо.

The name La Push is from French La Bouche, meaning "The Mouth" of the Quillayute River, adapted into Chinook Jargon. Two beaches are nearby: Rialto Beach to the north of the river mouth and La Push Beach to the south.

CONCEPT
The idea of the project is to create a shelter protected from natural disasters, located among rocks, sand and forest. Its elevated floor level also protects against the tides of the Pacific Ocean and debris carried ashore during the storm.

Ідея проекту полягає у створенні захищеного від стихійного лиха укриття, що розмістилось серед скель, піску та лісу. Його припіднятий рівень підлоги також захищає від припливів Тихого Океану і віднесених на берег під час шторму уламків та сміття.

DESIGN
One of the features of the La Push coast is the damaged trees that have become almost the most important natural attraction for tourists. Interestingly, the background for the effects of the storm is a uniform dark landscape, mostly black: sand, rocks and stones.

Однією з особливостей узбережжя Ла Пуш є винесені на берег уламки дерев, що стали для туристів чи не найголовнішою природною пам’яткою. Що цікаво, фоном для наслідків шторму виступає рівномірний темний ландшафт, здебільшого чорного кольору: пісок, скелі та каміння.
It was decided to choose the color scheme of the exterior according to the landscape - black concrete, which flows smoothly into the dark rocks of the nature reserve.

Кольорову гаму екстер’єру вирішено підібрати відповідно до ландшафту — чорний бетон, який плавно перетікає у темні скелі природного заповідника.
Planning is so simple. The square in the plan has an area of 170 square meters, which contains the necessary for comfortable living of two people: living room, bedroom, kitchen, seating area and bathroom.

Планування просте як дві копійки. Квадрат у плані площею 170 кв.м., що вміщує в собі необхідні для комфортного проживання двох людей: вітальня, спальня, кухня, зона відпочинку і ванна кімната.
At home the walls are warm.

It was decided to make the interior of warm and gentle shades that will be pleasant not only for the eyes, but also warm for the soul.

Інтер’єр вирішено зробити з теплих і ніжних відтінків, що будуть приємними не тільки для очей, але й теплими для душі.
In addition, the premises have original touches that form a cozy "embracing" space: rounded wall panels in the bedroom and living room.

Окрім того, в приміщеннях присутні авторські штрихи, які формують затишний “обіймаючий” простір, а саме закруглені стінові панелі в зонах спальні та вітальні.
To calmly wait for a long storm, the house has a dedicated reading area. It will allow you to relax from stress and distract from panic and anxious thoughts.

Щоб спокійно перечекати затяжний шторм, в будинку є виділена зона для читання. Вона дозволить відпочити від стресу та відволіктись від панічних і тривожних думок.
The kitchen area has an island for a light snack and a full dining area for lunch.
