Let me show u guys a little more about this project. when EpicGames contacted me for this work, the first I did, of course, after fainting, was drawing some sketches about HAVEN being in the forest ✏️: 

EpicGames liked the first one the most, but they also loved those animal symbols in the first one. So they proposed to include those in the image as they were carved in the tree´s surface. I mean, as HAVEN was doodling with his spear! Coool! So I did some tests:

This last one hitted the nail, and we decided to go this way! So, I started the inki ng process, with my favourite PSD brush!🖌️

And then, my worst final Boss! Coloring!!🎨Aaargh!

Starting with flat colors...

....Adding shadows and Highlights...

...balancing the colors...

I feel then that the autumn colors were kind of boring... so I start the looong process of trying color variations... seriously, I can spend days making that😓

I finally decided that I like this the most:

And here´s the most difficult decidion... I removed the shadow over the character in order to give it a cleaner and graphic look!
