A PLACE TO SHARE AND CONNECT

In the past few years, we have learned a lot about co-work spaces and hubs and the importance of idea exchange. Communal areas such as these have proved to be excellent catalysts of team and project formation. To support this, we have placed shared functions in a central ring structure that both attracts and connects users of the complex, enabling them to form new bonds and perceptions. This ring we filled with green areas aimed to be the next “iconic park” to promote combination further.

VISTAS TO INSPIRE

Creative thinking is a “must-do “in telecommunications or technology. So, naturally, creative spaces are a “must-have in such a workspace.” The series of communal areas: café, restaurants, living rooms, etc., are connected in a chain of closed garden terraces that spiral upward, embodying the progress and divine spirit of telecommunication. Imagine, one can relieve himself from stress and enjoy these fantastic views while still thinking about his/hers next achievement.

We have equipped the complex with all the necessary amenities to allow uninterrupted workflow. This way, we give the user ability (possibilities) to perform different activities close to work and maintain focus on the research. To further enhance this, we have made an effort to make the complex very pleasant for their stay. One of the critical features and contributing factors is activity-rich central “iconic park.”
