I had a request come in from a father looking to surprise his daughter by having her one of her favorite things in the world, a Sailor Moon character! Knowing that this little girl would be so happy to receive herself as a character in one of her favorite shows made me so happy! I love doing works such as this one. I did the outlines in Illustrator and colored it in Photoshop!
