The Goals:

- Users can discover crafted beers according to user flavor selections with playful interactions.
- Users can find venues nearby, top-rated beers, and education on craft beer culture.
- User can upload, keep track of his favorite beers, and submit reviews in real-time of beers he is tasting.

Research

I decided to start the research by reviewing existing apps similar to the one I wanted to design, to see what the market is already offering and how users are interacting in those mobile apps. I also wanted to know the behavior and habits of the community who enjoys this type of beers.

I discovered that all alcohol-related app has an age restriction, not many offer pairing suggestions, not all of them allow the user to review beers, few offer gamification or reward systems.
Sitemap
Making a sitemap of the app really helps me to get an idea of how many screens, interactions, cards, and features would be necessary. I decided not to use a menu icon on top, I want all features to be easily accessible in the bottom nav.
Product architecture

Buenabirra's main purpose is to give the user information organized into a catalog structure, user can also make custom searches and an interactive gamified way of discovering which beer suits the flavors user is looking for.  Users can also see information ranked from top-level products based.

Buenabirra is focused on user tasks such as user can review the beer he is having by scanning and registering, user can share his review, user can invite friends to go and have a cold one together.
