Short description of the concept
We offer you a new vision of the architecture of the complex. In the formation of the architecture of the new quarters decided not to continue the existing one themes, and break down the framework and propose a new format of housing. We moved away from the idea of ​​continuing the style of the first phase of construction and offered a more urban version of housing. Because our site is located closest to the highway and near the office area. In our opinion, it is necessary to avoid constant repetition of building in one architectural style of the complex, so that it was not predictable. Monotonous architecture has a negative effect on people, getting into this environment, she may be "lost" and feel some discomfort.
The building is low-rise and reaches a maximum of four floors. The development of the composition begins with the first quarter - the transition, he is formed using architectural motifs of the first turn and integrates it into the situation that has already developed in the Park Lake City residential complex. Also saved
themes with the use of terraces and balconies. The main image of the composition resonates with accent details - well-thought-out landscaping, which runs through the whole complex with accents sections - red spots. These sections are located at viewpoints that serve as landmarks for pedestrian flows.

Four elements are combined in our complex:
- the element of earth - as the foundation on which the buildings are actually located;
- the element of air - clean and ecological, which fills the lungs, not far from Kiev;
- the element of water - in the form of a channel that runs relentlessly and fills the air with moisture;
- The element of fire is people, namely residents and visitors of the complex, who ignite life in "rough" "cold" structures.
Inspired by the architecture of Amsterdam, we decided to move part of it to Kyiv. A feature of the complex is an artificial canal that seems to have existed there always. As we passed it, we connected the neighborhoods. The canal is the main artery of the complex, around which various ones unfold landscaping and landscaping scenarios, thus encouraging new visitors. It should be noted that the start and end points of the channel were maintained according to the terms of reference.
Nowadays, unfortunately, we often observe a situation where in neighborhoods or courtyards we "lose" architecture or do not notice the composition at all.
landscaping, because all the free space was filled with cars: "We have nowhere to go, but there is a place to drive." Therefore, the main idea of ​​the functional the purpose of the complex is the main pedestrian, not the car. Also, car parks were deliberately pushed out of the main area, namely to the gas station, to use a sanitary protection zone that was free from construction by offices or houses. The complex is divided into five quarters, namely: three residential, office and public. The first quarter - with a transitional architecture, ie borrowing
shapes and details from the first stage, for a smooth transition to a new architecture. Also on a similar principle is formed urban situation to prevent abrupt transition. The second quarter is more intimate, remotely reminiscent of the format of urban housing. Third quarter - townhouses, private part, more closed and calm, which really transfers to country life. The office district is filled with green areas, where on the ground floors
buildings are parking lots that fully meet the needs of employees. Public quarter - which includes a medical institution, namely clinic, which is located at one of the main entrances to the complex.
Each quarter has its own compositional center in the form of a certain zone. The area in the first quarter by analogy with architecture is combined with the area in first of all. In the second quarter - an urban area along the canal, which is accompanied by commerce on the first floors of buildings. In the quarter Townhouses also have their own area where, from time to time, you can hold various celebrations or organizational events to build relationships between neighbors and new acquaintances. Plaza office - with a cozy atmosphere and outdoor workplaces. In the public quarter - the arrival of which invites you to visit the complex.
The area around the water treatment plant was decided to be used as a recreational space with a free composition, so as not to lose this space in vain. IN it also houses sports grounds. Playgrounds for the youngest residents of the complex are located in the yard areas, and the main area on the main square. Each section has its own car entrance which houses non-standard, guest parking lots.
The main direction was to open as much as possible the entire interior space and integrate it into the walking area. Formation architectural image depended on a combination of sustained technical and economic indicators and aesthetics of construction. Urban development was repelled from the provided zoning, which was preserved in its original form.
This is our interpretation of the architectural image of the area.
