10 DIY Lensfilters

The first image I made shooting through the viewfinder of an old camera I have shooting towards the stairs, because it provides a little bit of mystery to where the stairs lead.
The second image's filter was created using a magnifying glass to give the ice a distorted and hazy fish-eye look.
The third image filter was created using the plastic film given to us, with a red acrylic paint pen over top and a hole poked through the center of the red painted spot.
The fourth filter was created using a pair of sunglasses, the change isn't drastic but gives the image a lower contrast look, due to the reduction in the light level.
The fifth filter was created shooting through the bottom of a glass jar, the glass of the jar give the image a motion-type distortion.
The sixth filter is shot through a purple plastic bowl, which gives the picture darker hues in the colors of the image and to the gradient of the sky.
The seventh filter is made from a torn tissue to allow more light through to the camera to give only the hands silhouette.
the eighth filter is shot through a mesh-back hat, this filter is meant to create more contrast and act as if there are more objects in the distance giving of shadows on the wall where the lock and key are.
The nineth filter was created from pulled apart Cottonballs to give hazy patches that break up the image and draw the audiences eyes to the main subjects which are the skulls.
The tenth filter was made using a piece of cardboard and a knife, I used the knife to cut a small square out of the cardboard which created a custom vignette for the lens.
