I would start with interviews and surveys to defining the company’s targeted values, in which these values are combined and merged into a manifestation about the company’s new position. Then, I extend the definitions by graphic language, creating the consistency between clients’ experience and brand image as to build positive values related to perceptions for clients. In order to achieve sustainable brand recognition values, in addition to providing a visual experience through "touch points", Thanh Dat Printing also needs to build a professional image from the operating system. The new identity brings visual standards and tools to support internal workflows, helping businesses operate optimally, thereby providing a more professional service experience.
