FUROSHIKI
Furoshiki is a traditional Japanese way of packaging, using re-usable fabric instead of disposable paper. The mission of Japanese company, FloWeRAP is to reinvent traditional furoshikis, playing with sculptural effects of a wrapped product by integrating 3D elements into the fabric design of furoshikis. They only use recycled fabric. I had the chance to design a line of placement floral prints for them. It was a real pleasure to work with a company that has a clear commitment to sustainability.
