The Little Treehouse
In the summer of 2018, to occupy my free time in the family home, I decided to make a little treehouse in one of the shrubs in the garden. Not wanting to damage nature, I built it using only string, knots. The bamboo plant in the garden was starting to grow too large, so I used it as a building material
I wanted to test my ability to create things with interesting constraints. Here, no glue (so as not to harm plants and animals), a shrub at ground level with only 2 access points, string, and bamboo, which is an extremely light wood
The two essential knots that have been used are:

I also made a small mechanism: a pulley that really works, that allows you to move objects up and down (you can see videos directly on Instagram)

The little treehouse - in the shrub - is still there today. It has passed all seasons and has withstood the various bad weather, to my great astonishment (and to my great joy!). I guess it is now used as an insect hotel :)
