ENG- In this proposal, the Fire Station Center of Macerata proposes to restructure according to needs, needs, problems and requests.
The spatial organization of the existing buildings has been reworked and respecting the
"Heritage"; 2 of them were kept and the rest was demolished. Subsequently, further volumes were placed on the field with a new settlement approach: in this context, the site is divided by an axis that separates the functions of "life" and "work" related. Work-related areas are located at the top of the area. Life takes place in the lower area to create more space privatized. A vehicle-centric facility, the garage is a critical topic for the zoning hierarchy. Therefore, ground floors of each building have an open-plan layout and are used as a garage.

TR- TR- Proje, Macerata İtfaiye Merkezi'nin ihtiyaç, sorun ve isteklere göre yeniden yapılanmayı önermektedir. Mevcut binaların mekansal organizasyonu elden geçirildi ve çevreye ve "Miras" bağlamında değerlendirilerek projelendirildi. Var olan yapıların 2 tanesi tutuldu ve geri kalanı yıkıldı. Daha sonra yeni bir yerleşim anlayışıyla alana yeni kütleler konulmuştur: bu bağlamda alan, "yaşam" ve "iş" ile ilgili işlevleri ayıran bir eksenle bölünmüştür. İş ile ilgili alanlar, alanın üst kısmında yer almaktadır ve daha çok yaşam alanı yaratmak için alt alanda gerçekleşir ve özelleştirilir. Araç merkezli bir tesis olan garaj, alanlara bölünme hiyerarşisi için kritik bir konudur. Bu nedenle her binanın zemin katları açık plan düzende olup garaj olarak kullanılmaktadır.
