Capital redevelopment allowed to expand the functionality of the premises. The entrance door was moved, which made it possible to remove the dirty passage area from the center of the apartment and organize the missing hallway at the expense of the former dressing room. Also, by combining loggias in the kitchen-living room, panoramic windows with a view of the Volga River appeared, and a dressing room was added to the bedroom.
