This was added to the end of the credit-roll to wrap up the event. The animation was designed to be consistent with the overall design language set by TEDxKowloon's creative team (which I am a part of), and also to incorporate the concept of a heartbeat sensor visualization that was setup for audience participation during the event.
The Chinese tagline seen in the thumbnail can be translated as, "Rejuvenate (your) life, reorganize (your) city".
