«Гондза Бондза» is an Asian food market of LEO mall in Saint-Petersburg. The marketing department has created a range of animal mascots: monkey with noodles and elephant with traditional Asian pottery. They would like to add a new general mascot: lion because the mall is called LEO (original from a lion).
«Гондза Бондза» branding is based on a mix of cultures, flat styles, and surreal situations. Animal mascots are surreal, with solid neon colors, 2-3 contract hues, active movements, and dreamlike plots. The illustration style is flat with stunning colors and naive characters.
As a result lion illustration is a mix of cultures. Leo has a human face and he is dancing with national ornament clothes, paper red bulbs around, surreal perspective.
