For this assignment we had to pick out an article that got our interest and make an Illustration to go with it. I choose the one where they talk about how listening to nature sounds helps us relax and focus more.

But first we had to do some practice sketches. The teacher gave us words and we had to come up with three visuals to go with it.

Now we were ready to move on to the concept art stage. I tried to think of what I think of when it comes to this tip

then we got feedback on our sketches and what we could improve on. for me it was to exaturate some elements more, like make the headphones bigger and try to make the background more dynamic.

I tried to keep the illustration more simple to have everything be clear and easy to see/read.

And this is the final result. I'm not the best when it comes to lettering and figuring out what kind of font to use. I did know that I wanted something that looked profesional and was clear to read.
