Illustratie Opdracht redactionele illustratie- Viggo Bol

In this assignment we had to create a illustartion based on a text we had to choose,

i choose the text about how Sounds produced by nature are suppose to help you study.

I started with making a moodboard on what i wanted to make.

I had the idea to make the main focus on a sertain animal, with a background, so i started drawing my first few idea's that popped into my head

Out of these i decided to go with the Insects on the top left, i picked this one because it looked the funniest + i liked the idea of it alot so from there i started working on my end product with the background.

i made two varients of it and then i went with the one on the right mainly cause i could put the text better on it + the composition looked better

After the final sketch we had to send it to a classmate who had to give the sketch their own twist, then they have to send it back with their added features.

With that i added it to my sketch and started working on the final product.

After i finished the final product i had to add in text from the article into the drawing.

and for the final result i had to make a mock up of my final product, i made two of them.

And thats the final rusult, I am really pleased with the process and how the final product looks, I also enjoyed making this illustration, thank you for reading this. :D
