One rare yet eventful night, the sun decided to consume the moon. Forcing the Earth to cast its shadow on luna. Funny how light and darkness can go through a metamorphosis of this degree. Almost like the dance of celestial bodies in the shadows of its own timely destruction.
I also experimented with multiple exposures and white balances. Each white balance bringing out varied tonal differences in the textures of the moon. Subtleties about Luna's colour we wouldn't have noticed, if not for the camera.
This image attempts to capture the different phases of the moon during an eclipse. This image was arranged in a way that the shadows passing over the moon replicates the waxing and waning faces during a regular moon cycle.
Ask yourself...Where did the moon trail lead you ?
