Overview:
Smoked Pepper Grill House is a hypothetical grill house restaurant that prides itself on its vast experience and expertise with spices and pepper cuisines. Smoked Pepper integrates cooking styles, pepper adaptations, and flavour manipulations from Arabian, Indian, and Mexican cultures, pushing the boundaries of the grill with incredible spice blends and delectable dishes and delicacies. Combining these bold flavours with an intimate atmosphere, stylish decor, and hospitable staff, Smoked Pepper provides a unique and unforgettable experience for anyone or group seeking a flavour explosion with a difference.
The restaurant needed to be specifically branded around its spice and pepper specialties, all while showcasing its grilling capabilities; heat is therefore a primary element strategically used within the brand's visual. The brand design should also portray appetizing and satiating visuals within a modern aesthetic. 'Bold' and 'desirable' should be felt in the brand's look and feel as well as their tone of voice...

The bold, sans-serif typeface of the logo's wordmark "Smoked Pepper" (Insaniburger with Cheese) is symbolic of the brand's boldness in look, voice, and flavours; this is coupled nicely with a secondary serif type for "Grill House" that showcases the brand's elegance and quality. In addition, the main red brand color (Rosso Corsa) is a satiating colour (therefore it stimulates appetite) and evokes emotions of passion and energy (heat). This color is perfectly complemented with the accent green brand color (Apple Green) which hints towards freshness, a priority of the brand. Curved or circular shapes are used within the brand to solidify their attributes of community and the sharing of experiences togetherness. All of these visual elements work together competently to accomplish the goals of the brand stated in the overview.
