Block One:  Illegal Graffiti in Ukraine

Hi in touch: Ukrainian truth. As usual, we will talk about what the Ukrainian authorities do not want to hear.
We'll talk about street artists. Street artists. Starting in 2020, the Ukrainian authorities are trying to enforce law 4052 - which obliges a street artist to pay a large fine - or serve a minimum term of 3 years in prison. Or all together. Personally, I think that this is one of the ways to once again get into Ukrainian carans and rob them - even worse: to take and just ruin the life of a young talent. My personal opinion: law 4052 is not objective - and it harms street culture, it also destroys the mental mood of citizens - there is a special person who is a subtle creative person. Once, one failed artist was forbidden to draw - the results of 1939 - 1945 are known to you. If a person wants to create - let him create, draw, create - otherwise creative energy can turn into negative. Since February 2022 - the policemen of Ukraine were promised a salary increase - I think that what they earn is enough for them. Let me explain my position - today the Ukrainian policeman is lazy, most often not even knowing the basic laws - creating a problem out of nothing. For graphs you can get a real term in prison. Beautiful graffiti among the police and among the Ukrainian authorities are not popular. Other graffiti are popular. Further more. See the second block.

Clarifying excerpt from article 194-2 on vandalism (link)
In particular, it is proposed to supplement the Criminal Code with a new article 194-2, which provides for punishment for vandalism.
Vandalism - desecration, damage, illegal painting, including graffiti drawings, of buildings and other structures, as well as objects of a single transport system, their components and other property located in public places.
For acts of vandalism, it is proposed to punish with a fine of 8,500 to 34,000 hryvnia or imprisonment for up to three years.
If vandalism caused damage or destruction of buildings - a fine from 34,000 to 170,000 hryvnias or imprisonment for a term of three to five years.
For repeated actions or committed by prior agreement by a group of persons, for political, ideological reasons, a fine of 34,000 to 170,000 hryvnias or imprisonment for up to five years is provided.

Block Two: Legal Graffiti in Ukraine

Here I will tell you in detail why the Police do not deserve a salary increase. The police do not really care who draws these graffiti - below are examples of "Legal Graffiti". These graffiti - contain links to the Internet lead to various kinds of articles, in telegram channels - sites. On these sites, telegram channels, you can buy almost any of the currently existing drugs - the Ukrainian market is filled with such substances. The police are doing nothing to remove these inscriptions. I have never seen the police paint over the walls where the addresses of online drug stores are spread out. If the police began to paint over such art, I think then it would be possible to raise their salaries. But the problem is that the scheme of drug stores is closely connected with the police - without the patronage of the police, these stores will not work. There are a lot of videos on YouTube link where young guys tell how they worked with such stores - before sending drugs for packaging - they ask an unsuspecting young man for personal data: bank card number, first name and patronymic - already at this stage, the schoolboy or student himself essentially starts a criminal case. When a student understands that he wants to stop with this activity, they begin to put pressure on him a little: come on more ... Help scatter the last batch and that's it. The young man agrees - but the next time he drops the spot of a new drug stash - the policeman will catch him almost immediately in the same place. The student goes to prison for a long time - and the dirty policeman gets new shoulder straps and respect in the eyes of his superiors.(links - here herehere)
Based on the foregoing, I believe that Article 192-2 needs to be improved and currently does not meet human standards - being to some extent immoral. I am against the fact that law 4052 or article 192-2 put young people in jail - people who draw on the walls are not enemies of the people, they are not vandals, their drawings do not lead to drugs, but rather are designed to develop a secondary direction - which cannot be said about corrupt policemen - who they encourage, support graffiti in every possible way - with a nacotic format (with links to stores selling drugs) There are a lot of advertisements on the Internet - I will not give links, this will not approve of the Behans resource polychit. In general, the Internet is full of advertisements - talking about the need for graphite - these are the very young guys who will leave links or tags leading to a drug store: and all this is on the walls of Ukrainian cities. I've never seen any of the police catch those who put up links on the walls - never. A couple of years ago I saw with my own eyes how they caught a young guy about 15-16 years old no more - the police handcuffed him, I just came up to ask what happened - they told me who are you? I said I wonder what happened? I was rudely told that - do you want to go as an accomplice? I realized that now the guy can not help. The second situation - there is such a school number 3 in the city of Nikolaev there is a new stadium - the stadium has a back ground adjoining the house - very often after that same lady I see that young people put drugs in different slots - in the openings of the balcony on the first floor, in cracks at home and other places. I see this all the time because I go to train regularly. I see all this - but the police do not see it. More precisely - she pretends not to see, the police know everything very well. Also, the police know that if I call the police station - and report that I am not far from laying out drugs - I am sure that upon arrival I will be registered as an accomplice. Hopefully someone can figure this out before things get worse. More and more news on the Internet that eyewitnesses - become complicit. If you called the police - then in this case it will be difficult to prove that you are not a drug dealer - for the most part it is impossible from the word at all. Be vigilant often the police resort to planting drugs - this is also practiced.
Cyber police in Ukraine from 02.07.2022
Cyberpolice deserves special attention. These guys can only track down those who put a heart in a photo under one of their social media posts. For example, in 2016, an act on "decommunization" was adopted. A resident of the Sumy region in the social network "classmates" - put a like under the Soviet symbols: for which he was fined. With the help of the SBU, they found him very quickly - bravo, the SBU solved a great case. A resident of the city of Sumy - ordered to pay a fine - what's next prison? And what about me - I am an Urbanist Photographer and I very often photograph the old ruins left over from the Soviet Union - including in one of my projects, Soviet symbols will also appear soon, later I will leave a link HERE. From my photo project, I refuse to remove photos with Soviet symbols - since this is my personal business and this is my unchanging position - I will not spoil my portfolio because of someone else's arguments. Let's go back to the cyber police - their department is located in the city of Nikolaev on 1st Military Street - and next to the Cyberpolice department - another address is drawn with a link to a drug distribution resource - welcome to the absurdity, baby. Cyberplicia is not able to solve the crime that is right under their noses - I think this is another affiliate link - a referral program, so to speak - so no one paints over the wall. Admire!!! You can look up the address on a Google map - you can't go wrong. (Original link - about "like" crime)
And the address and the link to the drug store are all nearby - next to the police. Just beautiful.
