About the Project:
36 Days of Type is a yearly open call project that invites Designers, Illustrators and Graphic Artists to express their interpretation on letters and numbers of the latin alphabet. Participants are challenged to design a letter or number each day for 36 consecutive days. A creative project that aims to be a space for creation around typography and its endless graphic possibilities.
For this years edition of the challenge I gave myself no restrictions besides a fixed color palette which resulted in a wild mix of letter shapes only unified by the colors and the subtle grain and reflexion effect applied to each of them. The letters and numbers were posted on my instagram profile @a_letter_a_day and I got the honor to be featured with the letters „B“, „X“ and the number „8“ on the @36daysoftype profile.
