“Maranatha”

In collaboration and permission of American Award Winning freelance photojournalist Paula Bronstein and her sobering images of war-torn Afghan men, women and children.

The fastest Growing church in the world is the Iranian church…Between war torn Afghanistan, a new regime - and a hope -  led by fervently persecuted women and their faith in a Jewish Messiah.

A foundational belief of the gospel is to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We do this by offering our resources, time, efforts, and laboring alongside our neighbor. While the Maranatha cry (in Aramaic) is that which says, “come lord,” it also offers a glimpse of hope for those persecuted by us being the “hands and feet.”

These pieces, I hope, reveal pain and the strong emotion they render along with this sense of hope that those persecuted carry in the fruition of the great commission.

(All pieces are for sale AND 100% of the funds will go to an organization that supports humanitarian aid and the persecuted underground church in the 10/40 region.)
