A mind's ability to form a perspective is something I find fascinating, and for an artist, find it as our most valuable quality. My belief is that an artist's perspective is seen through personal human experience. By expressing this, a vision slowly evolves into his or her own style through a gradual understanding of how they interpret the world. The artist always comes to new realizations through their own work no matter how profound or insignificant it may seem to a viewer. However, each epiphany strikes a new plane of interpretation leading to a different view of inspiration.

 

My most significant human experience is finding the beauty of form in a single rain drop and its ability to cleanse and leave one at a blank slate. By a fluid and continuous rise, this allows an artist to reach a new form of intellect from a different view. Only to settle calmly, internalizing a new perspective.
