This project was created to visually tell the story of my chosen letter through digital illustration, and it's story must have the letter at it's heart. I chose to create a story that revolves around my own childhood. When I was young, I was obsessed with every cartoon and comic book there was, and to be perfectly honest, I still am a child at heart.
I've used a halftone like pattern for the sky, accompanied by a white border and paper texture to reference my child comic books. I took in inspiration from King Kong, and combined it with childhood elements such as a teddy bear and a toy city. I used all of these elements to truely capture the bold imagination of childhood.
