Grasshopper seating system for waiting areas (interior / exterior). The basic idea: a sturdy frame consisting of an aluminium beam supported by steel legs lacquered in green, upon which seat elements from perforated sheet steel are mounted.
"Public Seating" is certainly an inspirational theme that brings together natural, urban and social factors and foster all kinds of interactions.
Sitting is not only an act of resting, but of gazing, coming across, gathering, meeting, communicating with the public, and in a more intimate sense of exchange with someone special, as well as introspectively with oneself.
