The product: Flora is a flower catalogue App with bouquets for any occasion. Flora makes deliveries around the world connecting local producers with competitive prices and a wide range of flowers.
The problem: Many people do not have time to buy gifts and forget important dates.
The goal: Flora App allows users to easily order and ship flower bouquets for immediate delivery.
Responsibilities: Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, and iterating on designs.
Project duration: Oct 2021 to Jan 2022
Usability Study: The findings of the first study helped improve the primary pain point such as the payment process. For the second round, the high-fidelity prototype was necessary to obtain a clear view of the user journey.
Next steps: Conduct more user research to have more findings and improvements for users
