The very heavy slanted Niki Roman typeface is named after a famous and bold french artist called Niki de Saint-Phalle. Its shapes comes from a cursive writing done with a thick brush. The repetitive slanted stroke works as a pattern wich creates Niki’s identity. 

Niki roman 1.0 was designed and released by Clothilde Bouan in 2021.
