I started my summer off by going camping with the family. It was such a nice time to getaway and relax for a little bit. This was our first time camping together so it was very memorable.

I tried wakesurfing for the first time. I drove to my friend's house in Sacramento to go boating on Folsom Lake, but little did I know she would be convincing me to try wakesurfing. After I finally got up, I was having a blast.

I was a press intern for U.S. Senator Alex Padilla. This was my second internship and it felt so special to me to be interning for a California senator. Senator Padilla is truly a great person and politician, it was an honor to work alongside him.

I traveled to Hawaii for a full month with three of my best friends. I will never forget this trip. We tried so many new things and met tons of amazing people. 

I went skydiving for the first time. This was so scary, but so worth it. The view was beautiful and I would definitely do it again.

I ended the summer by traveling to Mexico for our senior trip. There were ten of us total and we were there for five days. We all had an amazing time and it was the perfect way to end the summer.
