The Mostaqar it is a company specialized in real estate development, which acquire new land for construction of houses, buildings and some palaces. The company seeks to provide its clients, intelligent, creative and modern homes, targeting the medium public to high standard.
The creation of the concept of the brand new “Mostaqar” brings a more human side to the brand, was based on a top view of a block, where people live in society, and in its center there is a house in which all roads lead to her, a modern house, built by people for people, built by “Mostaqar”.

As for the typography used in the brand, was designed a type totally exclusive source for the brand, following the modernist ideology and its minimalism. Letters simple, thin, and well defined, with ideal spacing for good harmonization with the set.
