The company LEGENDA experiments with unusual locations for premium flats. The aim of the brochure for the residential complex «Institutsky, 16» was to show a new perspective on the traditions of houses in the premium segment.
The color and graphic concept of the brochure supports the architectural style of the house. The section headings and the vivid imagery convey the luxury of Art Deco.
We edited the content of the brochure and carried out a photo shoot. Pictures of parks and infrastructure objects illustrate the unique location of the «Institutsky, 16» complex.
Pastel colors and an airy design softened the flourishes of the style. The reinterpretation of Art Deco in a modern perspective underlines the innovative vision of the company.
