Growth Hacking Marketing Approach

I built this standard roadmap for GHM (Growth Hacking Marketing) strategy execution of a Groceries Delivery Platform. It is not only useful for the customer acquisition process, that is top of funnel; it’s also useful for the adequate development of a strong and lasting consumer base. From the perspective of data, and to develop a useful model at the lowest cost, you don’t need to purchase expensive software licenses; instead, you need a little bit of creativity to use existing and cheap low-code tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, with special focus on Power BI. (Of course, if you want to expand knowledge across the company, you can have fun with Apps & Flows).
DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), the powerful engine of Power BI app, is a flexible and complete tool to deploy complex calculations, which allows you, the Growth Hacker, to develop knowledge with only a couple of lines of code. Its easy-to-use console allows querying, automating and testing. You may map inputs, integrate data sources, and test results in one place.
To make the case and enhance customer-centered actions, some decisions need to be made regarding data. Mapping, Data cuts, and Targeting are key aspects. The following schema synthesizes the whole process. Needless to say, there is a lot more to be said about GHM. I will soon be publishing a paper about this; it will be a complete guide to a GHM process and its development in Power BI.
