Year Of The Tiger 2022 Illustration
I think every new year can be a corner you turn so I love the celebratory feeling of doing a Chinese New Year illustration every year. Hope to continue it! This was done with Adobe Fresco on the iPad.
Too much detail gets lost when you move back from my work, need to make it a resolution to control that more efficiently, but it is fun and meditative to draw lots and lots of lines.
Like always I start out with a pretty detailed sketch. Always seems to help me stay on track.
I did loose a lot of the fog detail in the end in favor of a more designed composition. Enjoy and Happy New Year!
