Opening in the fast growing city next to the national capital, this place was born from the nature of serving and creating a warm memory of flavours by celebrating food and celebrating life with fine dining for the all by Chef Sukriti Gupta.
Good Food is an Art

Circular form in cutlery is majorly used around the food industry and houses. A plate’s shape can be a subliminal factor in the eating experience, but it’s a significant one to be. Its design strongly influences how sweet or bitter we perceive a dish to be. From the shape of a pizza to the shape of a burger, the roundness of the homemade roti to the gourmet of a high-end restaurant, the shape follows us around everywhere.
Applying the expression of presenting the art on a plate with a form that combines it parallel to the oldest existing symbol, the symbol is inspired by the shape of a circle, designed with brush strokes to communicate the expression of freedom one feels in the art of cooking. This symbol is an expression, an idea of creating something that brings happiness to others, that brings people together and celebrates food culture. The abstract form is in the shape of “O” which is the brand initial. Apart from this, the shape is the symbolism of a community, culture and the stroke expresses the open environment it houses. The circle being the symbol of an idea, culture, and identification around the world is imperfect when it comes to the symbol. The idea of October is not to chase perfection, but to define itself none less than that.
