NXB, short for Nem Xuyen Bang, is a brand of Vietnamese sausages made in Los Angeles. These special sausages were made famous by a seaside Vietnamese city, Khanh Hoa. The family of NXB were homesick after immigrating to the United States. Missing the flavors from their home country of Vietnam, they set out to recreate these bold sausages for everyone to enjoy.
