The Role of User Experience at SAY
 
One of the things I loved about working at SAY is their genuine commitment to making a better web. From the experience of reading great content to the monetization of that content, we pushed hard to "find a better way."
 
Leading the UX effort at SAY Media was challenging and rewarding. Design was infused into every offering, every internal practice and every customer touchpoint -- ad experience products; media properties; backend portals for publishers and advertisers; customer reporting; white papers; reusable componentware; and best practices for the creative studio.
Insights for Advertisers
 
SAY was progressive in its approach to advertising. We actively engaged with advertisers, giving them research, tools and data-backed insights to improve the effectiveness of their product.
Reusable Components
 
Internally, the UX team was leading the charge to build a flexible resource library for the creative studio. This included skinnable componentware to be used across a wide variety of advertising scenarios.
A better reporting experience.
 
I oversaw and contributed directly to several improvements to SAY's customer portal. This included new features such as insightful advertiser and publisher reporting tools.
