Shaded Pears
So, Shading is not a new thing and for understanding the concepts of light, it is highly useful. In this project I practiced different shading techniques and this is a still life shading project
These may look so small, but actually they are not
Material
only two things I had used for this one is Newsprint Paper and 4B shading pencil
Process
Firstly, I had drawn a very light outline of both the pears then I took the shading pencil and applied very minimal pressure and start shading as light as possible so when I was done with this I had picked the darker areas and start increasing the pressure with the increasing pressure I had got various tonal values which brings some life into it. For most of my this project I had used SMUDGING method but still for giving the texture to fruit I had used STIPPLING method and create the dark light dots and for its stalk I had used the HATCHING method and with these three shading techniques I finished my Shaded Pears.
Well, this is not the best thing u had saw but yes for the practice its a good exercise where I played with different tonal values as well as three different shading methods
So, the best part whom I love the most is its seeds and its stalk.
