This cook is also a keto cookbook; therefore, it can be it has many uses. Keto has proven to be helpful in many epileptic cases.

Problem: Most cookbooks are printed on glossy paper, which doesn't help with reflection. When flipping through the book, the reflection gives off a flashing light effect, which may be difficult for someone to read and cause a seizure.
Problem Solving: To fix this problem, I have created a cookbook that has been printed using a smooth mat type of paper which does not give off a reflection. I have also added keto-friendly recipes.
Design Process: Photosensitive epilepsy researched its causes and effects and what was the compelling way you could improve the decrease of seizures. Find out that some episodes can be caused by reflection or flashing lights.
Goal: is to create a book that could be helpful in more ways than one—an anti-reflection paper for the glossy effect. Keto diet to help reduce seizures.
