Paper : Design Workshop

Here the paper making process is on smale scale ,the resource should be easily available and should contain enough cellulose and fibre content to create paper.
Here the second priority was to get it, without buying it, i.e. Using its thrown away parts or its unwanted parts, therefore the best location to get this was vegetable vendors, juice stalls, restaurants etc.
The Process
Jamalpur under the bridge  /  Local vegetable vendor  /  Unwanted veggies from them
Some of the Vegetables we used Ripe coconut fibers /  cabbage  /  carrot  /  Corn cover  /  capsicum  /  Spring onion

For Demonstration, we have used cabbage  /  Grinded with some water  /  Pulp ready
Pulp is added directly on deckle-edge and sieve floating it on water  /  This is the general process of paper making using Vat bath filled with pulp and using deckle-edge and sieve. (In pictures we have used different pulps like of hay, carrot, capsicum, etc. )
Can also blend materials like above cotton and beetroot and blended to form maroon colour material  /
After removing the decal from the vat with a position shown above ,then lay it on wet cloth ,frame removed and then absorb extra water with help of sponge and remove the sieve slowly.
This is how it looks when deckle-edge removed and then its dried in sun and pressed in between cloth to make it a flat surface  /
the wet paper are drying in sunlight /  This are some ready paper. Sun dried and pressed with iron.
Hay Grass  /  Cabbage  /  Coconut fibers /  Beetroot  /  Elephant Foot
Sugarcane waste 1  /  Sugarcane waste 2  /  Lemon Grass  /  Wood chips + Bread Crumbs
Sugarcane waste + Tapioca Seed  /  Tea Leave  /  Fabric Waste  /  Egg Shells
Paper GSM varying Experiment
The group took two vat in one there objective was to create a paper starting from lowest GSM possible visually ,so they took ¾ th of vat filled with water and half a mug of cotton pulp was added and then the paper was created through its general process , slowly they increased the concentration of pulp by adding half or ¾ th of to create a visual difference they created around 20 samples and arranged it in order of ascending. Similarly in other they took ½ vat and 6-7 mug of pulp and tried to create thickest concentration which the decal could handle visually and than added ½ or 1 full mug of water with each iteration and created samples having low concentrations gradually and visually, they created around 20 samples . When this all was done they arranged it on a light table in a definite (ascending or descending) order and eliminated extra sample to create 15 sample gradation having lowest jumps in between as possible.
Paper Music
I am interested in listening to different types of music genre.
In today's world music can be created from anything so why not paper.
I'll try to create music which might be interesting to hear and inspires others to broaden the perspective of making music from anything.
How can i make sounds from paper? by Folding, Tearing, Burning, Different Paper Materials wear & tear, Cutting, Crumbling, Wetting, etc.
Different types of handmade paper used to create sounds
