Art in TARTA is a partnership between the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo and the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA).  Each year a new theme is determined. The theme representing these buses is “Power of the Sun”. Once the theme is selected, local Toledo high school students write poems reflecting the theme. Next, a selected group of students at BGSU take these poems and design buses and compete with their designs to get wrapped buses.
