By the title alone, you can already tell what this project is about. An animated horror featuring characters designed from the old age cartoons. Where we meet an NYPD officer named Charlie who in his midnight patrol has just received an odd emergency call from a town called Westborne. As the emergency was declared, he hurriedly drove to the town to find out more of what's going on. Only to find the town quiet, dark and empty. 

....or so he thought.
