The Digital Health Guide

Chinese health maintenance system was developed on the science of ‘yingyang & the 5 elements’. ‘wood, fire, earth, metal, water’ corresponds to five organs ‘liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney’, further more each represents one flavour ‘sour, bitter, sweet, spicy and savoury’. Human body work as an organic whole, to maintain its balance, it’s essential to intake the ingredients and flavours from each element consistently and equally.

We infused the ‘taste nurture organ’ concept with futuristic visualisation on newest modern household products, curated to you this digital health guide for young generation.
