"La Vie" is a flagship Blue Period painting by Pablo Picasso in the early 20th century
Picasso was torn apart after his best friend Casegemas took his life in Paris. Picasso went into a deep depression and he painted primarily in blue and ochre tones. Picasso pictured a life after death of his friend staring at his unborn child, an allegory to life and living tragedy. The painting is emotionally charged and manifests the deep sorrows of loss.

I and Kelvin Lee decided to collaborate and create the "La Vie'" in our own styles. Kelvin work revolves around cubism with still life, cityscapes and enclosed rooms. Kelvin is also a figurative artist who uses both conventional painting and digital media.
