Poetry night is a small, seasonal event that takes place at Saint Helena Library in Hamilton, New Zealand.
For the people of Hamilton, this event is very important, it has been held in this city for decades and is a pride for the people of this region. People from all parts of New Zealand come to Saint Helena Library for Poetry Night and stay there until the end of the event.
It was a great honor for me to start this project. For the Poetry Night, I had to design posters, tiny charms with illustrations and other types of merch, and this experience turned out to be very exciting for me.
I've decided that I want to use simple illustrations for the primal identity of the event. I drew five simple shapes and then I turned them to 3D to make these shapes more interesting.
