I'm even afraid to guess how old this plant is. Plant named after the 61st Communards. Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, the plant has been actively looted by its workers - from ordinary workers to the director himself. It's not a secret for anyone - that the territory of the plant was partially plundered by bandit groups according to agreements - with officials. Now the plant is guarded - or rather what is left of it. Yes, the photo shows that everything is in decline - I tried to take good shots, but unfortunately the plant was irrevocably destroyed - therefore, no matter how I ate, I couldn’t mentally return the stolen mechanisms. This plant is a vivid indicator of how high corruption is in the city of Nikolaev, Ukraine. All that you see is going on around the whole country - money is allocated for security, money is allocated for the repair of incoming ships. But most often, if a ship enters the port water area, it will die and sooner or later it will be sawn into metal. Or the classic version of cutting funds allocated for the repair of small tugs - I will explain from the words of my mother, who worked as a ship's cook for more than 4 years. She got to work for a tugboat - the tugboat got repaired in that very notorious plant named after the 61st Communards. Tugboat Krymskaya 9 - was under unscheduled repairs. The money was allocated huge but the repair was extremely slow. Khorya this tugboat was under the control of the Cabinet of Ministers. More than a year later, the tug was supposed to go on a voyage, but no ... It didn’t. In tow, scandals suddenly began abruptly - about bad food. The questions were for the chef. My mother has been a professional chef for over 10 years. I started to figure out what's going on. And the fact is that my mother accidentally found out that the Captain of the ship and the Chief Engineer were stealing tons of fuel - sometimes the refueling car did not even reach the tugboat. Tons of diesel were sold under black schemes. Mother learned too much - as a result, she was fired. All this was done under the auspices of Delta Pilot Ukraine. The company is also located in the hometown of Nikolaev Ukraine. Here's an example for you - when you just come to work and accidentally become a participant in a fuel-corruption conflict. Let's move on - a vivid example is a military cruiser on the territory of the plant - even the Indians do not want to buy it in the form of metal. The plant is in deep decline, as is the country. In the news - they say that we have something to defend against the Russian invaders - let's face it - there is nothing in Ukraine - almost all large production facilities are either out of order or on their last legs - the armored plant can be safely attributed to dying industries. If I was not mistaken not so long ago, namely a month ago, the control board from the Zorya plant was stolen .... Shame. The authorities themselves stole these details and production stopped. Despite the fact that here I am covering the problems of corruption and theft - I think in any case it would be time to voice my personal oppositional opinion - It is time to end the war in Ukraine - where everyone is alive and well, and not end - where there are dead people. If the war ends, then this will remove one of the opportunities for Ukrainian politicians to profit from people - namely, to sell ritual services, trade in weapons through intermediaries, trade in stolen coal, and so on.

Я даже боюсь угадывать сколько лет этому заводу. Завод имени 61го коммунара. С момента распада советского союза - завод активно мародерили его работники  - начиная от рядовых рабочих заканчивая самим директором. Ни для кого не секрет - что территория завода была частично разграблена бандитскими группировками по договоренностям - с чиновниками. Сейчас завод охраняется - точнее то что от него осталось. Да на фото показано что все в упадке - я пытался сделать хорошие кадры но к сожалению завод безвозвратно уничтожен - поэтому как бы я не питался - ментально вернуть украденные механизмы не получилось. Этот завод - яркий показатель того насколько высока коррупция в городе Николаев Украина. Все что вы видите твориться примерно по всей стране - деньги на охрану выделяться, выделяться деньги на ремонт заходящих судов. Но чаще всего если судно зашло в акваторию порта  - оно умрет и рано или поздно будет распилено на металл. Или классический вариант распила средств выделенные на ремонт небольших буксиров - объясню из слов своей матери которая более 4х лет проработала судовым поваром. Она попала работать на буксир - буксир попал на ремонт в том самом злопастном заводе имени 61го коммунара. Буксир Крымская 9 - был на внеплановом ремонте. Деньги были выделенные огромные но ремонт шел крайне медленно. Хоря данный буксир был на контроле у Кабмина. Спустя год с лишним буксир должен был выйти в рейс но нет...Не вышел. На буксире вдруг резко начались скандалы - по поводу плохой еды. Вопросы были к повару. Моя мать более 10 лет профессиональный шеф повар со стажем. Я начал разбираться в чем дело. А дело в том что моя мама случайно узнала что Капитан судна и Старший механик воровали топливо тоннами - заправочная машина иногда даже не доезжала до буксира. Тонны дизеля продавались по черным схемам. Мать узнала слишком много - по итогу ее уволили. Все это было сделано под эгидой компании Дельта Лоцман Украина. Компания также находиться в  родном городе Николаев Украина. Вот вам и пример - когда просто приходишь работать и случайно становишься участником топливно коррупционного конфликта. Идем дальше -  яркий пример военный крейсер на территории завода - его не хотят покупать даже индусы в виде металла. Завод в глубоком упадке как и страна. В новостях - говорят что нам есть чем обороняться от Российских захватчиков - давайте посмотрим правде в глаза - в Украине ничего нет - почти все большие производства или вышли из строя или на последнем издыхании - бронетанковый завод можно смело приписать к умерающим производствам. Если не ошибся не так давно а именно месяц назад была украдена плата управления с завода Зоря....Позор. Само же начальство украло данные детали и производство встало. Не смотря на то что здесь я освещаю проблемы коррупции и воровства - думаю в любом случае пора бы озвучить свое личное оппозиционное мнение - Войну в Украине пора завершить - где все живы и здоровы, а не закончить - где есть мертвые люди. Если завершить войну - то это уберет одну из возможностей политиков Украины наживаться на людях - а именно продавать ритуальные услуги, торговать оружием через посредников, торговать ворованным углем и так далее.
