This apartment is located on a romantic street, with many architectural monuments, in the courtyard, on the ground floor. Entrance to the apartment from the street, through the kitchen
Most of the coverings left in the apartment have been preserved. Multi-layer paint on the walls of the kitchen - covered with matte varnish, and the old solid board in the living room - scarped and covered with oil wax. New materials: marble-cement tiles from a local manufacturer in the kitchen and jute carpet in the bedroom
Minimalist surfaces of the apartment should emphasize the beauty of vintage and modern models of furniture and lighting fixtures
