* Lam ( 嵐 ) : bộ Sơn ( 山 ) , Trên là Núi, dưới là Phong ( 風 ) , Gió chảy. Lam là Khí núi mà bốc lên.

* Khúc ( 曲 ) : bài, bản (nhạc). “Cao ca nhất khúc” 高歌一曲 ca lớn một bài ; Mà “ Khúc ” ấy, còn có nghĩa là ẩn Tình, nỗi lòng.

Sương Nguyệt Lam

Sương Nguyệt Lam là dòng Bạch trà ưu tú cho sắc nước trắng, hương thơm trong trẻo, tinh tế, đạm nhã, phảng phất như trăng như sương vậy. Hoàng đế Tự Đức từng viết câu thơ: “Một chén sương trăng bẵng mệt nhoài”, mô tả chén trà bồng bềnh khói trắng, như trăng mờ phủ sương.

Suong Nguyet Lam is the special hand-selected white tea produced from the ancient Snow Shan tea on Tay Con Linh mountain. Suong Nguyet White tea gives a clear, delicate and elegant aroma. Emperor Tu Duc once wrote a verse: “Mot chen suong trang bang met nhoai”, describing a cup of tea floating with white smoke, like a misty moon and that can constantly reduce your fatigue.

Hồng Diệp Lam.

Hồng Diệp Lam là dòng trà Ô Long đỏ ưu tú, khai thác từ giống trà Thanh Tâm, Mộc Châu. Hồng Diệp cho màu nước chuyển từ sắc hồng sang đỏ sậm tuỳ thời gian pha hãm. Hương trà biến chuyển sau mỗi lượt pha, khi phảng phất mùi xạ ngạt ngào, lúc lại mênh mang mùi hương quả, mật. Vị trà ngọt đọng, để lại dư vị bền lâu.

Hong Diep Lam is a typical kind of Oolong produced specially from Thanh Tam tea in Moc Chau. Its water color changes from deep pink to deeper red depending on the brewing time. The flavour of the tea changes after each brew, sometimes it’s a sweet musky scent, sometimes it floats with the scents of fruit and honey. Its layer of sweetness leaves a lasting aftertaste.

Thái Hoa Lam.

Thái Hoa Lam có lẽ là phẩm trà xuất hiện phổ biến nhất ở đất Việt trong độ năm thập kỷ trở lại đây, trên từ dinh thự công quyền, dưới tới vỉa hè hàng nước không đâu thiếu vắng vị lục trà. Dưới bàn tay chế biến lão luyện của những trà nhân hàng đầu, trà trung du có sắc xanh trong mát mắt, hương cốm nõn thơm ngậy, dư vị đậm đà ngọt hậu. Thái Hoa Lam một tôm một lá là phẩm trà tinh hoa của vùng đất Thái Nguyên.
