Collaboration is a beautiful thing. Take the best from several to make one and you end up with truly unique outcome. Collaboration with your daughter trumps that. I did the shaping, she did the painting. Maybe next time we'll reverse roles. 

This "Burton Throwback blank" was a gift from my girls. The process of working with my daughter to turn a plank into a board was a rewarding one. Biting my lip and letting her do her thing is sometimes easier said than done. We'll have years of winter fun with this board.
