Psicodelia

Street Art
A year and a half after its initial planning (delayed due to the pandemic), I worked with Barcelona's cultural organizer, Contorno Urbano, to reactivate their 12+1 Art Intervention in the neighborhood of Sant Vicenç dels Horts. Located under a railway bridge, this wall is a rotating canvas of street art for the neighborhood's residents. Here I created a piece, "Psicodelia", that explored my mental state during the pandemic (at times intensively creative; yet simultaneously dreamlike).

The female figures reflect various moods or patterns of thought, as they close their eyes and dream or feel, trying to understand their place in the changing landscape around them.
